My name is Amer Abualrob, a restaurant entrepreneur and business coach specializing in restaurant development and management.
With over 17 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry,
I’ve lived every stage a restaurant owner goes through — from excitement and chaos to loss… and finally, success.
Today, I share my experience through a training system called Business Amer
the first Arabic program that helps restaurant owners build a real, profitable business

The first restaurant I opened was my biggest dream…
but it quickly turned into a source of exhaustion and pressure.
Operations were chaotic, expenses were increasing, and my team was unstable.
I tried again — and failed again.
But I didn’t see failure as an end; it was the beginning of true understanding.
I stopped, analyzed every mistake I made,
and rebuilt everything from scratch — starting with culture, systems, and clear numbers.
The result? My third restaurant, Frizer,
became a model of an organized, profitable, and scalable restaurant.
From that experience, Business Amer was born
practical system that now helps Arab restaurant owners
achieve the freedom and success they deserve.
Before founding Frizer, I worked in Saudi Arabia as a Marketing and Business Development Manager
for several leading F&B companies, including:
Burj Al Hamam Restaurants Co. – Led complete brand restructuring and marketing strategy.
Al Rashed Food Company – Developed a new positioning strategy and product launch system.
Sanabel Al Salam – Helped expand to over 35 branches and increased sales by 29%.
Fawaz Alhokair Group – Led complete brand restructuring and marketing strategy. Cinnabon وPizza Company وTony Roma’s.
This journey taught me how major brands are built and run,
and how the same structured thinking and systems can be applied to smaller restaurants to make them stable and profitable.

Advanced certifications in Digital Strategy, Artificial Intelligence, and Marketing Analytics from Kellogg School of Management Kellogg School of Management.
This combination of field experience and academic knowledge

My vision is to create a real transformation in the way Arab restaurants are managed and operated — to move from daily chaos to sustainable systems that generate consistent profits and give owners the freedom they deserve.
My mission is to empower Arab restaurant owners to build profitable, organized businesses that work without them, not because of them, through hands-on training built on real-world experience — not theory.

The story of Frizer began in a small kitchen during the COVID lockdown,
when my wife Ahed and I started recreating famous international recipes in our own way.
After months of experiments, our first successful product was born
and from there, the concept evolved into a full restaurant
serving signature fried chicken with a unique flavor and experience.
Today, Frizer isn’t just a restaurant
it’s the real-world application of the Business Amer philosophy.
Every principle in the system was tested, refined,
and proven inside Frizer itself.
